Robin Bowie
Chairman, Dexion Capital plc

Robin founded Dexion Capital plc in August 2000 and is principally responsible for product analysis and due diligence together with developing client relationships. He is a director of Dexion Absolute Limited, Dexion Equity Alternative Limited, Dexion Trading Limited, Dexion Commodities Limited and three single manager hedge funds. Robin began his City career as a bond trader at Citibank in 1984, after which he worked at Goldman Sachs as a credit trader. In 1989, at BZW Robin developed their ECU and European Government Bond trading operations and in 1995 moved to HSBC where he was in charge of European Government Bond trading. From 1998 to 2000 he was Treasurer of KBC Bank in London with responsibility for the management of interest rate, foreign exchange and credit risk. Robin was educated at Vanderbilt University, Tennessee.

Ana Haurie
Group Managing Director, Dexion Capital plc & Dexion Capital (Guernsey) Limited

Ana has been Group Managing Director of Dexion Capital since 2006. She joined Dexion Capital plc in September 2001 to head Dexion’s advisory business, focusing on research and analysis. Ana began her career with Cantor Fitzgerald in 1989. After working at Sheppards Stockbrokers, she went to Stanford University, California. On her return to the UK she worked as a consultant on a number of projects with the Bank of England, CSFB, West LB and Barclays Capital covering such subjects as financial products research, systems integration, investor surveys and strategic planning. She was educated at St. Andrews University and Stanford University, California, MBA (Open University).

Mark Woolhouse
Finance Director and

Mark has been Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer since joining Dexion Capital plc in 2007. He has over 15 years experience in financial services, having begun his career at Lloyd’s in 1992, working at Limit plc during a period of significant change in the London insurance market. Specialising in corporate strategy, M&A and accounting, in 2000 Mark became Finance Director of EO plc, a pan-European retail distribution platform for new issues. Between 2002 and 2007, Mark was Chief Financial Officer of HFC Bank and Household International Europe, HSBC’s European consumer finance division, establishing key relationships with major retailers and implementing IAS, Sarbanes-Oxley and Basel 2. He was educated at University of London, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Carol Kilby

Carol joined Dexion Capital (Guernsey) Limited in March 2007 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Guernsey operation and its business development.

Carol has worked for 20 years in Guernsey’s finance industry including accounting, banking, risk & compliance and most recently, the corporate secretarial function.

Carol is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants and has an IOD Diploma in Company Direction.

Anne Ewing

Anne joined Dexion Capital (Guernsey) Limited in November 2009 as a director, responsible for the delivery of corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance services to third parties.  Anne has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry in areas of banking, insurance, asset and fund management and regulatory advisory.  Anne is a regular speaker in the Channel Islands and London on regulatory and corporate governance subjects.  Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute, an Associate of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has an MSc in Corporate Governance.  Anne is also a member of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.

Nicole Smith
Legal Counsel, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, Dexion Capital plc

Nicole has been with Dexion Capital as Legal Counsel since 2006, during which time her responsibilities have extended to cover the additional roles of Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. At Dexion, Nicole handles all legal and compliance issues for the Dexion group. Prior to joining Dexion, Nicole spent eight years in private practice where for the last six years her main area of focus was M&A. As well as her time in London, Nicole has worked for Cabinet CL&A in Paris and Shearman & Sterling in New York. She previously read Classics at Edinburgh University.
