John Hawkins

John Hawkins (Chairman) is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was formerly Executive Vice President and a member of the Corporate Office of The Bank of Bermuda Limited. He was with the Bank of Bermuda for 25 years, of which approximately 15 years were based in Hong Kong. In 1995 he was appointed Executive Vice President Asia Pacific. In 1998 he was appointed Executive Vice President with responsibility for the Bank’s global Private Client Business. Following the amalgamation of the Bank of Bermuda with HSBC Group in February 2004, he continues to be on the Board of a subsidiary company of HSBC Holdings Plc Group. He is also a director of a range of funds, which include both hedge funds and funds of hedge funds. Mr Hawkins is a resident of Guernsey.

Robin Bowie

Robin Bowie founded Dexion Capital plc in August 2000 and is principally responsible for product analysis and due diligence together with developing client relationships. He began his City career as a bond trader at Citibank in 1984, after which he worked at Goldman Sachs as a credit trader. In 1989, at BZW Robin developed their ECU and European Government Bond trading operations and in 1995 moved to HSBC where he was in charge of European Government Bond trading. From 1998 to 2000 he was Treasurer of KBC Bank in London with responsibility for the management of interest rate, foreign exchange and credit risk. He was educated at Vanderbilt University, Tennessee.

Mr Bowie is a director of Dexion Absolute Limited, Dexion Equity Alternative Limited, Dexion Trading Limited, Dexion Commodities Limited and three single manager hedge funds.

Charles Parkinson

Charles Parkinson is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a qualified barrister. He is the founder and former chairman of the Guernsey office of PKF, having started his career as a chartered accountant at KPMG. He is currently Chairman of M&G Income Investment Company Limited, and a director of Mapeley Limited and of Teesland Advantage Property Income Trust Limited, the shares of which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is Chairman of Eastern European Property Fund Limited, the shares of which are listed on the Alternative Investments Market. He has held several directorships of quoted investment vehicles and investment management companies, notably Credit Lyonnais Finance (Guernsey) Limited and Rothschild Asset Management (CI) Limited. He is a Deputy in the States of Guernsey and the Deputy Minister of the Treasury & Resources Department. Mr Parkinson is a resident of Guernsey.

Christopher Sherwell

Christopher Sherwell, is a non-executive director of a number of investment-related companies. He was Managing Director of Schroders (CI) Limited from April 2000 until January 2004 and served as a director of various Schroder group companies and investment funds. He remains a non-executive director of Schroders (CI) Limited. His other directorships include chairmanship of Hermes Absolute Return Fund (Guernsey) Limited, a fund of hedge funds, and of Consulta (Channel Islands) Limited, a specialist investment management company. Mr Sherwell is a resident of Guernsey.
