Christopher Spencer

Christopher Spencer (Chairman), qualified as a chartered accountant in London in 1975. Following two years post qualification work in Bermuda he moved to Guernsey. Mr Spencer, who specialised in audit and fiduciary work, was managing partner/director of the Guernsey Practice of Pannell Kerr Forster (Guernsey) Limited and Praxis Fiduciaries Limited from 1990 until his retirement in May 2000. Mr Spencer is a non-executive Director of a number of hedge funds, funds of hedge funds and other investment and insurance companies. Mr Spencer is a resident of Guernsey.

Robin Bowie

Robin Bowie founded Dexion Capital plc in August 2000 and is principally responsible for product analysis and due diligence together with developing client relationships. He began his City career as a bond trader at Citibank in 1984, after which he worked at Goldman Sachs as a credit trader. In 1989, at BZW Robin developed their ECU and European Government Bond trading operations and in 1995 moved to HSBC where he was in charge of European Government Bond trading. From 1998 to 2000 he was Treasurer of KBC Bank in London with responsibility for the management of interest rate, foreign exchange and credit risk. He was educated at Vanderbilt University, Tennessee.

Mr Bowie is a director of Dexion Absolute Limited, Dexion Equity Alternative Limited, Dexion Trading Limited, Dexion Commodities Limited and three single manager hedge funds.

Carol Goodwin

Carol Goodwin has extensive experience in the finance industry and has held senior executive positions in several European and North American banks, managing businesses in London, Toronto, Montreal, Amsterdam, Nassau and Guernsey. She is currently a director of Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited where she was managing director between 1994-1996 and 1998-2001. Ms Goodwin is a director of Yorkshire Guernsey Limited, the Guernsey subsidiary of the Yorkshire Building Society and is also a director of a number of investment funds and hedge funds. Ms Goodwin is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors. Ms Goodwin is a resident of Guernsey.

Peter Niven

Peter Niven has worked in the financial services industry in the UK and offshore for 32 years, most recently as Chief Executive of the Lloyds TSB Group’s offshore banking operations, until his retirement from the Bank in June 2004. A Fellow of the Institute of Bankers and a Chartered Director, he has served as a director of many Lloyds TSB group companies. He is currently a director of a number of Guernsey based investment funds and captive insurance companies and Chairman of F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited. He is also Director, Finance Sector Development for the States of Guernsey and Chief Executive of Guernsey Finance LBG. Mr Niven is a resident of Guernsey.
