Richard Crawford
Head of Market Making and Trading

Joined Dexion Capital in October 2008 to build and run the market making business. Richard started his career in 1986 with Robert Fleming Securities, trading Asian equity and convertible bonds, before moving on to run the Global Emerging Market Funds trading team in 1995. After the JP Morgan take over in 2001 Richard ran the Global Closed Ended Fund business and then headed European Program Trading and ETF trading. Richard was also a member of the JP Morgan European Equities Management team. Richard was educated at Wellington College in Berkshire.

Tim Diggines
Middle Office

Tim joined Dexion Capital in December 2008 from Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander.  He began his career in 1989 with the then ED&F Man Group (now Man Group) as a part of the services team within the Sugar Division.  After eight successful years at ED&F Man Group, he travelled around Australia and Asia for two years. On his return to the UK, he joined Pershing Securities Ltd to head the Trade Support Team.  He has also worked at Merrill Lynch as an Administrator within the Middle Office assisting the Global Private Client IFA’s and E*Trade as a Trade Support Administrator.

Roy Martin

Roy started his career in 1983 with EF Hutton as a commodities broker. In 1986 he joined Robert Fleming and was a founder member of the Global Derivatives Group. Roy spent five years in Hong Kong as Head of Equity Derivatives trading and returned to London to manage Equity Derivative Risk globally for Robert Fleming. In 1999 he became Group Head of Market Risk where he developed and introduced market risk appetite allowing greater delegation of risk to the business areas. In 2002 he joined the Investment Trust Team at JPMorgan. Roy joined Dexion Capital in 2009 to help build and run the Market Making business.
